An early adopter of AI in marketing, continuously exploring applications across leading platforms. Actively implemented ChatGPT for content generation and ideation, and conducted hands-on testing with AI-powered tools like Canva AI, Adobe Express, and Photoshop’s generative fill to support creative production. Currently expanding knowledge in AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering—focusing on accuracy, hallucination mitigation, and comparative testing of Google AI search mode and other emerging tools. At Impact Networking, I consulted with a company that owned several luxury residential properties—focusing on brand development and conducting a comprehensive website audit. I identified several missed opportunities, including a high bounce rate, insufficient SEO for intent-driven search terms like "lease" and "sell," and an overemphasis on aesthetics at the expense of lead generation.
By implementing on-site optimization and launching targeted digital ads, I achieved the following results:
- Increased site traffic from 2,000 to over 20,000 monthly visitors (a 900% growth).
- Reduced bounce rate by 45%, leading to improved user engagement and longer site visits.
When leadership notified us that our contract with an outdated proprietary CMS would end in six months, I was tasked with leading the complete rebuild of our 200+ page enterprise website—ensuring a seamless transition, preserving SEO integrity, and delivering on a fixed deadline.
As part of an agile team, I led the project logistics and cross-functional communication. I developed the website strategy, including navigation, content migration, search functionality, and overall UX scope. I served as the main liaison to executive leadership, presenting key milestones and securing buy-in. Collaborating closely with developers and designers, I also personally audited, transferred, and QA’d content to meet the launch timeline.

As leader of a Marketing Communications team, I prioritized modernizing our MarTech stack to drive measurable results. Project Management Optimization
I took full ownership of Workfront, our underutilized project management platform. By auditing workflows and developing new dashboards and reports, I enabled visibility into team capacity and resource allocation. This initiative provided executive leadership with year-over-year production metrics for the first time, influencing future headcount planning.
Cloud File Storage Migration
To streamline collaboration and ensure file security, I led the migration of our team (10 internal members and 8 freelancers) from local file storage and internal servers to a centralized cloud solution using Dropbox. This move enhanced team accessibility, ensured version control, and improved disaster recovery protocols.
Digital Asset Management (DAM) Implementation
I spearheaded the launch of our first centralized Digital Asset Management system, completing a 1.5-year rollout from research to deployment. The DAM now houses over 4,400 assets—including sales collateral, blogs, videos, content blocks, and links—dramatically improving cross-functional access and marketing-to-sales alignment. Initial migration included 275+ critical assets, and ongoing adoption continues to scale monthly.
Cloud-Based Web Hosting Migration
Collaborated with the Director of DevOps to transition corporate and microsites from legacy on-prem servers to Microsoft Azure. This improved website performance, enabled version tracking, streamlined update cycles, and enhanced access control across departments.
Enterprise Website Analytics (GA360)
To elevate our digital marketing insights, I led the implementation of Google Analytics 360 (GA360) across all properties. I conducted a comprehensive audit to remove legacy accounts, restructured our analytics framework, and integrated Google Tag Manager and goal tracking.

Collaborated with an agency for onboarding, performed super admin tasks, and led testing of new features (e.g., Campaigns, Calls-to-Action). Created stakeholder resources in SharePoint, communicated process updates, and integrated new asset types with the creative team. Demonstrated initiative and technical expertise by building a personal website entirely within HubSpot to deepen platform proficiency.

Directed full implementation and migration from Pardot to Marketing Cloud at Follett School Solutions to align with evolving business needs.
