I specialize in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns that go beyond traditional print. My work spans email marketing, landing pages, paid search, QR codes, trade publications, and social media, all driving a unified lead generation strategy.

At the core, I develop campaigns designed to guide prospects through the funnel—from awareness to conversion—delivering a steady stream of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). I focus on creating content that speaks the language of the audience at each stage of their journey, with consistency across every channel.

As a digital strategist, I lead with data and insight. My work begins with analyzing customer behavior, digital trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategies that span web, social media, SEO, paid media, and content marketing. I create digital roadmaps for scalable web development and campaign architecture that align with long-term business goals.

I uncover growth opportunities across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, collaborating cross-functionally to turn ideas into impactful executions. Every plan is built with KPIs in mind—prioritizing performance, user experience, and future-readiness. My approach combines strategic foresight with continuous optimization to keep brands competitive in the evolving digital landscape.

I’ve designed, built, and evolved front-end experiences throughout the growth of web technology—adapting as the industry shifted toward smartphones and a mobile-first environment. I understand the importance of schema markup, not only in building a flexible website design system that delivers a seamless user experience (UX), but also in structuring content that reaches and engages a relevant audience. I am was project lead on launching a 500+ page website built on a modern content management system (CMS). I developed the SEO strategy, structured the site architecture, and created a domain transfer plan—ensuring a smooth transition and consistent web traffic. 

My responsibilities have included crafting custom designs, developing both static and dynamic websites using HTML and CSS optimizing experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. I’ve managed team operations, coordinated with vendors, and led the development of creative concepts and UX strategies. Additionally, I’ve contributed to new corporate branding initiatives while maintaining consistency within established brand guidelines.

I embrace new technology and quickly adapt to learning new tools. I’ve contributed to multiple implementations of leading Marketing Automation Platforms, including Marketing Cloud, Marketo, and HubSpot, earning certifications in two of them. I also led the successful rollout of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to centralize assets and improve usage tracking.

In these implementation projects, I’ve taken the lead on key initiatives—managing timelines, coordinating with leadership, overseeing onboarding, and ensuring smooth setup. I'm also hands-on when needed, supporting content migration, design, and quality assurance testing.

I consistently take initiative to ensure new features are adopted and integrated into campaigns, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

With 15 years of combined experience in marketing management and leadership, I have successfully led and mentored teams of 2 to 10 individuals. My leadership style is collaborative and results-oriented.

Notably at Follett School Solutions, I managed a core marketing team of 10 and coordinated with 8 freelancers to produce a broad range of digital and print marketing assets. I’ve led cross-functional teams that include designers, web developers, copywriters, project managers, and marketers, aligning their work with broader business goals.

I have successfully led remote teams, including managing the production branch of Impact Networking’s Print Center. There, I designed and implemented a performance-based incentive program and developed a localized go-to-market strategy to boost engagement and operational efficiency. I also transitioned outsourced print work to in-house production, resulting in faster turnaround times and improved quality control. To foster strong team connections, I prioritized regular in-person visits.

To drive strong organic website traffic, I stay current with evolving Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and was an early adopter of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to increase visibility in Zero-Click Searches. I also emphasize the importance of well-structured websites, incorporating schema markup to enhance search performance and user experience.

To track and optimize performance, I’ve built custom Looker Studio dashboards integrated with Google Analytics and implemented HubSpot campaigns with tailored reporting. I actively monitor KPIs and enjoy uncovering unique insights or anomalies in the data to guide informed, data-driven decisions.
